Your StartNewBusiness package comes with our unique accounting package, developed specially for small businesses.

If you keep your records using our package, we will produce your first year’s statutory accounts, ready for the directors to sign and file with Companies House. All you need to do is e-mail us a copy of your completed records.

The service is included for your first year accounts at no extra charge (£200+VAT in subsequent years, if you wish).

Please remember that the directors are legally responsible for making sure the accounts are in order – we rely on the information you give us and you need to make sure it is accurate.

This service is only available to companies which the law categorises as “small” – generally this means a turnover of less than £1.4m and assets of less than £1m. If your business is of that size, you will probably want to upgrade your accounts package.
